Customer Service Specialist

 

Position Requirements:
Fast paced small office in Gardner is looking for an administrative support individual to work in customer service. Duties include answering telephones, dispatching service calls, creating estimates and invoices, updating customer files, and other administrative duties.

 

Position Responsibilities:

Candidate must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment, be organized, have attention to detail, be able to follow through on tasks, and have a pleasant phone manner. 5 or more years administrative office experience is required. Experience with Microsoft office is required. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Administrative Assistant / Purchasing Specialist

Position Requirements:

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Minimum beginner MS office skills

  • Quick Books experienced preferred but will train the right candidate

  • Five years experience in an office environment

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships

  • Research potential suppliers for good and services used by company operations

  • Process internal purchasing requests

  • Maintain and purchase inventory, office supplies, and other operating necessities

  • Maintain  technical operations tooling inventory

  • Maintain company quality assurance manual

Field Operations Technician

Position Requirements:

  • Two-year college degree (AA) preferred with Biomedical or Electronics major (equivalent work experience accepted).  Laser experience preferred. Military background a plus.

  • Expert customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to clearly and tactfully communicate with others.

  • Enhanced knowledge and understanding of optics, electronics, and mechanic principles is required, as well as the ability to troubleshoot electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies down to component level. Willing to train right candidate.

  • Ability to travel long distances on short notice required over night stays necessary.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Ability to use diagnostic test equipment (optical power meter, DVM, oscilloscope)  in trouble-shooting of complex system problem. Willing to train right candidate. 

  • Have clean driving record and be insurable.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding professional, courteous, prompt and skilled technical service to American Biomedical customers.  Experience working in Hospital environment capable of obtaining vendormate, parrallon credetianals. Willing to train the right candidate.

  • Responsible for documenting all service activities in compliance with FDA, ISO, CMS requirements.

  • Ability to work closely as a team member with the dispatch call center group and other Field Service Employees. Manage call schedule to best serve customer needs.

  • Ability to travel on short notice and for multiple days 

  • Develop resolutions to critical troubleshooting problems; resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

  • Use people and technical skills to make the customer interactions a positive, pleasant and memorable experience.  Develop new revenue leads and opportunities. Service contracts, New customers,  laser sales & laser purchases. 

  • Work closely with Field Operations Manager to identify customers for upgrades, new purchases, contracts, and additional customer training. 

  • Microsoft windows, literacy ability to use email, excel.

  • Continually promote service contracts, laser sales, & revenue generation opportunities.
